Lord Ballhardimus Facts of Scouting (In my Opinion)

1. Is player more valuable to his team or himself?
2  Slightly assess players parents attributes (Not mandatory just if you can)
3  Early or late growth spurts predicted by coaches/or parents. Try to get opinions.
4. Practice dweller or not. Meaning player only plays well in practice more than games.  (There's a vice versa effect to this "Bright Lights")
5. Extra push. Is it there or not. Coach knows best.
6. Floor to rim speed (explosiveness on their vertical. (fast twitch)?
7. What other interests does prospect or desired player possess
8. Player truly provides more potential for growth and is coachable
9. Belief that individual works on self improvement if obtained individually as needed
10. Any mentors known personally or passively
11. Parents interested in common interests often or if they can.
12. Allows outreach from team members and coaching staff.

Lord Ballhardimus prides himself In ruthless free throw shooting. Must try to keep the same percentage in low pressure and high pressure attempts. I love a ruthless free throw shooting team. They must learn pressure shots early. This is what I feel a player should possess.
