Duck Richards is the Visionary, Founder and Director of the Griffin Grasshoppers Youth Association, a non-profit organization, that focused on fostering teamwork and providing positive alternatives for under privileged youth using basketball as a source of guidance for over two decades. Instrumental in assisting over 300 Griffin Grasshoppers to secondary level education scholarships Div-I, Div-II, NAIA and JUCO universities.
