Denver, CO – Colorado Connect 2023 & 2024 Boys Basketball teams move to the Colorado Hawks Organization. The players, coaches and Hawks organization are excited about having both of the Elite 5th & Elite 6th grades making the move and joining the Adidas family.
Both teams, during 2016 had 28 tournament titles. This was highlighted by the 2024 team winning the Top Gun Fall Classic in San Diego and runner up in the West Coast Elite / Open Gym Premier National Championships. The 2023 team made the semifinals of the prestigious Fab 48 in the highest division.
2024 ended up ranked 5th nationally by Backcourtpress.com, and 8th in WCE. 2023 ended up ranked 9th by Backcourtpress, 21st by WCE. Both will be ranked higher when new rankings come out based on recent results.
Multiple players have also garnered National and All-American designation, tournament MVP awards, as well as National and Regional player rankings.
Both teams will make their debut with the Colorado Hawks next week at “The League” in Layton, Utah and then the “Adidas Presidents’ Day TOC” in Portland, Oregon.
