A DAY IN DECEMBER
On the first weekend of December 2013, the California prep basketball season was ablaze. Amidst one of the deepest & most talented area’s in the country, Hoops Factory set out to cover three tournaments in one day. Take a ride around southern california starting with the Jim Harris Tournament at Ocean View High School in Hunington Beach. Next we travel up the coast to The Tournament at Santa Monica High School, before ending the day in Pasadena at the Rose City Classic held at Maranatha High School.
Throughout the day, Hoops Factory was able to conduct exclusive interviews with some of the events top prospects including McDonalds All-American, Thomas Welsh. The episode also includes interviews with two, Pac-12 signee’s, in Parker Jackson Cartwright and Tra Holder as well as Northwestern bound, Johnnie Vassar. At day’s final stop we catch up with Class of 2016 standout Lonzo Ball for a second time and Cantwell-Sacred Heart’s Montenegro Connection, of Basha Dragovich and Gligorije Rakocevic.
