Here at Team Thrill Baltimore, we are committed to uplifting our community through both athletic competition and academic excellence. Teamwork is essential in both areas in order for our scholars to reach their full potential. We take pride in using group dynamics and team building exercises that will develop chemistry both on the court and in the classroom, and it is essential that we help our scholars understand that they will have to make sacrifices within themselves in order for the team to be successful. We teach our scholars to honor their coaches and teachers for being willing to dedicate their time, energy, and resources in order to provide them with an opportunity to be successful in life.
Respect God, Respect family, Respect community, Respect the game, and Respect yourself. At “Team Thrill” we teach our scholars to embrace the responsibility of being complete and undivided. While there will continue to be obstacles in all forms, integrity will help guide our scholars in the areas of critical thinking and decision making. It is important to remain honest and fair. Having a faithful allegiance to becoming a better person on a daily basis is what we consider to be loyal. Our ultimate goal is to develop young boys into men who possess the ability to become positive Leaders in all that they do.
